Solderia: Fall of Kings - Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Solderia: Fall of Kings (“Solderia”, “Game”, “Service”), including the game client, servers, websites, accounts, virtual items, virtual currency, online features, community features, and related services operated by PopuGames (“PopuGames”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing, downloading, installing, registering for, or using Solderia, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Game or the Service.

You may use Solderia only if you are legally allowed to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the legal age required in your country to accept these Terms, you may use the Game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the activity of minors using the Service.
We may restrict access to certain features, including purchases, chat, accounts, or online gameplay, where required by law, platform rules, or safety requirements.
3. Account Registration and Login
Solderia may allow access through guest accounts, email-based accounts, platform accounts, or third-party login systems such as Apple, Google, Steam, or other supported services.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share, sell, transfer, rent, or give access to your account to another person.
We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account, device, login credentials, or third-party platform account.
Guest accounts may have limited protection and may be lost if the application is deleted, the device is changed, local data is cleared, or the account is not linked to a supported login method.
4. Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account directly from within the Game by going to Settings -> Account -> Delete Account.
When an account deletion request is confirmed, the account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a period of 30 days. During this 30-day period, you may cancel the deletion request at any time from within the Game by going to Settings -> Account and using the account deletion cancellation option.
After the 30-day period expires, the deletion process may be completed and your account data, game progress, virtual currency, virtual items, purchases, messages, and related gameplay data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
We may retain certain data where required or permitted by law, including for security, tax, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment verification, or platform compliance purposes.
Deleting your Solderia account does not automatically cancel subscriptions, payment obligations, or recurring billing managed by Apple, Google, Steam, or other third-party platforms. You must manage and cancel such subscriptions or payment arrangements directly through the relevant platform.
5. License to Use the Game
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use Solderia for your personal entertainment.
You do not own the Game, your account, virtual currency, virtual items, characters, progress, buildings, alliances, servers, rankings, or any content made available through the Service. All rights not expressly granted to you remain owned by PopuGames or its licensors.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, exploit, or create derivative works based on the Game or Service, except where allowed by mandatory law.
6. Online Service and Availability
Solderia is an online multiplayer game. Access to the Game may require an internet connection, server availability, platform availability, compatible devices, and a valid account.
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including servers, game modes, features, balance, rewards, virtual items, events, prices, timers, rankings, alliances, or progression systems.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs, exploits, loss of progress, server downtime, or maintenance periods.
7. Beta, Experimental Servers and Game Changes
Solderia may be released, tested, or operated in alpha, beta, early access, test, or experimental phases.
During such phases, the Game may contain unfinished features, bugs, balance issues, incomplete systems, server instability, or other technical limitations.
Some servers may be marked as experimental, including Server K0 - Beta Experimental Kingdom. Experimental servers may be subject to balance changes, resets, wipes, progression adjustments, reward adjustments, economy changes, access limitations, or closure.
By playing on a beta or experimental server, you understand that gameplay progress, rankings, alliances, resources, virtual items, rewards, and server state may be changed, reset, removed, or discontinued.
Purchases made during beta or on experimental servers are subject to the product description shown at the time of purchase, these Terms, and the rules of the platform used for payment.
8. Server K0 and Server K1 Purchase Policy
If we announce that purchases made on Server K0 grant equivalent Gold, bonuses, access, or rewards on Server K1, such benefits will apply only under the conditions expressly stated in the official product description, in-game notice, store page, or official announcement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- K0 is an experimental server.
- K1 may have separate rules, availability, launch timing, balancing, and progression.
- Gold, bonuses, rewards, founder benefits, reserved access, or other benefits are granted only as described in the relevant offer.
- We may require the same account, platform account, or linked account to identify eligibility.
- Fraudulent purchases, refunds, chargebacks, abuse, exploits, or account violations may result in cancellation of benefits.
We may delay, modify, or cancel K1 launch plans if required for technical, legal, platform, operational, or security reasons.
9. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items
Solderia may include virtual currency, including but not limited to Gold, and virtual items such as boosts, resources, skins, packs, rewards, badges, banners, titles, march effects, access rights, or other digital content.
Virtual currency and virtual items:
- are licensed, not sold;
- have no real-world cash value;
- cannot be exchanged for money, cryptocurrency, goods, or services outside the Game;
- cannot be sold, transferred, traded, or assigned except through official in-game systems if available;
- may be changed, rebalanced, removed, limited, or discontinued;
- may be lost, removed, or become unavailable if your account is deleted, banned, reset, closed, or if the relevant server is reset or discontinued.
We may manage, modify, remove, or adjust virtual currency and virtual items to maintain game balance, security, legal compliance, platform compliance, or service integrity.
10. Purchases and Payments
Solderia may offer paid digital content, including virtual currency, packs, subscriptions, founder packs, server access, cosmetic items, or other in-game benefits.
All purchases are processed through the payment platform used at the time of purchase, such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, or another authorized platform.
You agree to pay all applicable prices, taxes, and fees shown before purchase. Prices and offers may vary by country, platform, currency, tax rules, promotional campaign, server, or time period.
We may change prices, pack contents, bonuses, limits, or availability at any time. Such changes do not affect purchases already completed, except where required by law or platform rules.
For purchases on Steam, in-game purchases are processed through Steam Wallet where required by Steam rules.
11. Refunds, Withdrawal Rights and Chargebacks
All purchases of virtual currency, virtual items, packs, bonuses, founder benefits, subscriptions, access rights, or other digital content are final and non-refundable once the content has been delivered, credited to your account, made available in the Game, used, consumed, transferred, converted, or otherwise applied to gameplay, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by the platform through which the purchase was made.
Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, or another authorized payment provider are processed and handled by that platform. If you request a refund, you must use the refund process of the platform through which the purchase was made. PopuGames does not control platform refund decisions.
Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal for digital content or digital services, you acknowledge and agree that this right may be lost or limited once the digital content or digital service is delivered immediately, credited to your account, made available in the Game, or performance has begun, where permitted by applicable law and platform rules.
If a purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated, PopuGames may remove the related virtual currency, virtual items, bonuses, rewards, access rights, founder benefits, K1 benefits, or any other digital content granted through that purchase.
If the refunded or reversed content has already been spent, consumed, transferred, converted, used, or has affected gameplay progression, PopuGames may apply a negative virtual currency balance, remove equivalent value from the account, reverse related benefits where technically possible, restrict purchases, suspend access to certain features, or suspend the account where necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, or unfair advantage.
Players are not entitled to keep virtual currency, virtual items, bonuses, rewards, progression advantages, founder benefits, K1 benefits, or other digital content obtained through a purchase that has been refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled, or otherwise invalidated.
Refund abuse, chargeback abuse, fraudulent purchases, payment manipulation, or repeated payment reversals may result in account restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination.
12. Subscriptions
If Solderia offers subscriptions, the subscription terms, price, renewal period, cancellation process, benefits, and billing rules will be shown before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the platform account used to purchase them. Deleting the Game or deleting your Solderia account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google, Steam, or another platform.
Subscription benefits may change over time, but changes will not remove benefits already delivered unless required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or platform compliance reasons.
13. Founder Packs, Bonuses and Promotional Offers
We may offer founder packs, limited-time offers, bonuses, rewards, event rewards, server rewards, or promotional content.
Such offers are subject to the conditions shown in the product description, event rules, in-game notice, store page, or official announcement.
Promotional rewards may require eligibility conditions, such as reaching a certain level, playing on a specific server, using the same account, linking a platform account, claiming the reward before a deadline, or avoiding refunds and chargebacks.
We may cancel or modify promotional rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, technical error, exploit, payment reversal, or violation of these Terms.
14. Player Conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized software, bots, scripts, macros, automation, memory editors, packet manipulation, or modified clients;
- interfere with servers, matchmaking, economy, rankings, alliances, events, payments, or other players;
- sell, buy, rent, trade, share, or transfer accounts outside official systems;
- use offensive, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexual, discriminatory, illegal, or harmful content in names, chat, alliances, profiles, or messages;
- impersonate PopuGames, moderators, other players, platforms, or public figures;
- advertise scams, phishing links, malware, unauthorized marketplaces, or third-party services;
- attempt to obtain another user’s login credentials, account, personal data, or payment information;
- abuse refunds, chargebacks, payment systems, event systems, reward systems, or support systems;
- violate applicable laws or platform rules.
We may monitor, moderate, filter, restrict, or remove content and activity to protect users, the Service, and the community.
15. Chat, User Content and Community Features
Solderia may include chat, alliance chat, player names, alliance names, profiles, messages, rankings, and other user-generated content.
You are responsible for the content you submit or display through the Service.
By submitting user content, you grant PopuGames a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, moderate, reproduce, and use that content as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and promote the Service.
We may remove or restrict user content at any time if it violates these Terms, platform rules, community standards, applicable law, or service integrity.
16. Alliances, Rankings and Competitive Features
Solderia may include alliances, wars, throne events, rankings, rewards, territory control, combat systems, resource systems, and other competitive features.
We may modify, reset, rebalance, cancel, or adjust competitive systems to fix bugs, prevent abuse, maintain fairness, improve gameplay, or comply with legal or platform requirements.
Rankings, event results, rewards, and competitive outcomes may be corrected or removed in cases of technical errors, exploits, cheating, suspicious activity, or server issues.
17. Enforcement and Account Restrictions
If you violate these Terms, platform rules, applicable law, or community standards, we may take action, including:
- warning you;
- muting or restricting chat;
- removing content;
- removing virtual currency, items, rewards, or rankings;
- resetting progress;
- suspending or banning your account;
- blocking access to servers or features;
- reporting activity to platforms or authorities where required;
- taking legal action where appropriate.
We may also restrict accounts for security reasons, fraud prevention, payment disputes, chargebacks, suspicious activity, or platform compliance.
18. Updates and Patches
We may provide updates, patches, fixes, new content, balance changes, or technical modifications.
Some updates may be required to continue using the Game. If you do not install required updates, the Game may not function correctly or access may be restricted.
Game systems, values, rules, rewards, prices, timers, unit stats, buildings, events, maps, resources, and mechanics may change over time.
19. Intellectual Property
Solderia, including its name, logos, characters, artwork, music, sounds, code, design, systems, text, UI, icons, game mechanics, servers, websites, and related materials, is owned by PopuGames or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use our trademarks, logos, game assets, characters, music, artwork, or other materials without our prior written permission, except where allowed by applicable law or our official creator/community guidelines if published.
20. Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit feedback, ideas, bug reports, suggestions, concepts, designs, or other proposals, you grant PopuGames the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
We are not required to implement, credit, or compensate you for feedback or suggestions.
21. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Solderia may interact with third-party platforms and services, including Apple, Google, Steam, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, login providers, anti-fraud systems, customer support tools, and social/community platforms.
Your use of third-party platforms is also governed by their own terms, policies, and rules.
We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, payment issues, account restrictions, refund decisions, login failures, store availability, or platform policy changes.

Your use of Solderia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
23. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:
- the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- your progress or data will never be lost;
- all bugs or exploits will be fixed;
- the Game will meet your expectations;
- servers, events, rankings, alliances, or purchases will always be available;
- the Game will remain compatible with all devices or platforms.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PopuGames will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of progress, loss of virtual currency, loss of virtual items, loss of rankings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to PopuGames for the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
25. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PopuGames, its directors, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your user content, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we may notify you through the Game, website, email, platform notice, or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
27. Suspension or Termination of the Service
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates, technical reasons, security reasons, legal reasons, platform compliance, business reasons, or other operational needs.
If the Service is discontinued, we may provide notice where reasonably possible. Virtual currency and virtual items do not entitle you to cash compensation, unless required by applicable law or platform rules.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may benefit from mandatory protections of your local consumer law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law.
